HEAD Project was executed in collaboration with sports equipment and clothing company HEAD and the Department of Fashion and Textile Design of Reutlingen University to explore innovative solutions for HEAD new sport underwear. This project was led by Prof. Brigitte Scheufele.

I used breathable moisture wicking fabrics and screen-printed them with a systematic irregular pattern that was inspired by bizarre mountain structures and textures. Moisture wicking pads were sewn with the stitch-pattern that followed the printed pattern. In that way, the protectors design got the shapes that ideally fit with the textile design.
